GROUND RULES FOR ONLINE DISCUSSIONS
General Rule : Administrators and managers of this group reserve the rights to removed/revoke any membership applied or reject pending application. Please see Rule 15.
1. Members are encourage to contribute therefore the forum language is either in English or Filipino only!
2.Any non-contributing members shall be forfeited by their membership even it will cost membership down to 2-3 numbers just only to live-up to its bayanihan spirit.
3. Treat other members with the respect they deserve. This should go without saying, but treat others like you would like to be treated !
4. Please do not spam. The definition of spam is an irrelevant or advertising post. Any post considered spam will be removed.
5. Please do not post threads text in all CAPITALS since this is considered to be shouting and is not necessary.
6. Please refrain from posting images larger than 800x600 pixels. This is to be considerate to members with slow internet speeds, and keeps the forum looking tidy.
7. Use only colored texts to emphasize a certain "catch" idea. Using full-colored text is forbidden.
8. Insulting and flaming or personal attacks against forum participants will be not tolerated. Please be considerate in language you use on the forum, some of our members are younger/older than others. Swearing is completely banned. Should it happens, administrator can forfeit membership without prior notice.
9. No hacking, and illegal activity, such as torrents and illegal downloads, this will not be tolerated, and if appropriate, may be reported to local authority.

11. Don't Double Post. When using Internet forums it annoys
other users when you post the same message more than once, in more than on discussion
thread. If you make a post and no one replies, then leave it at that. Reposting
the same message or slightly edited versions of the same message will not earn
you any respect from other forum users, and in fact it may earn you warnings
from the moderator.
12. Do Search Before Posting. Before posting a
question or asking for help on a particular topic, do use the forum search
option to make sure this question has not already been asked and answered by
other users. Even if your question does not appear in the thread list, it may
still be available as an archived topic in
the forum.
13. No pseudonyms allowed in your display name.
14. Only a registered gmail account holder is qualified.
15. Membership is either by invitation, referral or under having a previous engagement contact with the administrators of this forum. This means, this forum is exclusive.

PENALTIES:
Depending on the severity of the infraction, a different course of action may be taken, but the usual practice is as follows :
1st rule break (Minor offence) : Corrected, A PM may of been sent, no further action taken
For a more serious offence, a warning will be issued, this is a mark against your name letting us know you have broken a rule
2nd rule break. Another warning
3rd rule break. On your 3rd warning, you will receive a temporary ban, the length of which will depend on the severity of the incident.
On another breach of rules : After this it will be assumed you will not learn your lesson, so you will receive a permanent ban, meaning you will never be able to visit the forum again.
